Más que café, es un proyecto construido para resignificar un apellido y transformarlo en sinónimo de calidad, origen y evolución.
Cada lote es trabajado con enfoque en café especial, priorizando trazabilidad, consistencia y una experiencia que va más allá del producto.
Detrás de cada taza hay manos colombianas que hacen posible este proceso: caficultores, recolectores, catadores y tostadores, así como diseñadores, programadores y transportadores que aportan su conocimiento y dedicación en cada etapa, desde el origen hasta la experiencia final del cliente. El proyecto es liderado por Nicolás Escobar, quien impulsa esta visión de transformar el café en una expresión de origen, calidad y proyección internacional.

El café es tostado en Colombia, nacionalizado en Suiza y distribuido en Europa, asegurando un proceso con trazabilidad desde la finca hasta la taza.
Café Escobar was born on a coffee farm in Colombia, where the process begins at the origin: bean selection, crop care, and processing methods that highlight unique profiles such as washed and honey.
More than coffee, it is a project built to redefine a surname and transform it into a synonym for quality, origin, and evolution.
Each lot is crafted with a focus on specialty coffee, prioritizing traceability, consistency, and an experience that goes beyond the product.
Behind every cup are Colombian hands that make this process possible: coffee growers, pickers, cuppers, and roasters, as well as designers, developers, and transporters who contribute their knowledge and dedication at every stage, from origin to the final customer experience. The project is led by Nicolás Escobar, who drives this vision of transforming coffee into an expression of origin, quality, and international reach.
